Experience in training: Nachiket Joshi– A Teacher, A Guide and A mentor, he has been in the training industry for more than 16 years now. His forte has been mentoring students for Quant, DI, LR, GD & PI for various MBA entrance and Campus Recruitment Tests. Over a career spanning more than a decade now, Nachiket’s accomplishments include mentoring students in more than 95 engineering, MBA and MCA colleges in 6 states of India, namely – Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, UP, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan and completing more than 16000 hours of training. An exceptionally zealous trainer, he has garnered excellent feedback from his students consistently all throughout the years. Along with mentoring students, he is also actively involved in developing content for Quantitative, DI, LR for MBA & CRT Program. He has also mentored trainers and conducted ‘Trainer the Trainer’ programs across state. Due to his genuine and earnest wish towards students’ growth, his one-on-one interactions have made a huge impact in students’ life. His students, who had done trainings under him long ago, are still in touch with him and he thinks it’s the wealthiest feeling a teacher ever can have.
Hobbies and interests: Versatile in nature, he has achieved several laurels in his career apart from training. He is a certified Pranic healer and a psychotherapist by interest. This has helped him in developing acute sense of understanding his students well and thus his wonderful connect with the audience is a key aspect of his classes. He is an avid trekker by passion and he has trekked over more than 60 forts and has participated in many adventurous activities like giant swing and rappelling. He is poet by nature. He is an author of a Marathi Ghazal book, titled ‘चांदणे जागेच आहे’ which is widely praised by readers. The book registers a sale of 300+ copies till date. He has written two e-books titled ‘भैरवगड: केवळ थरारक’ and ‘सह्यांकन’ which has reached inbox of more than 3,00,000 readers. His poems and articles have been published in various journals. Nachiket also dons the hat of various other roles like anchor, editor and has participated in many poetic and cultural poems.
Training sessions: His cognitive and strong numerical abilities and analytical skills coupled with his energy make his session extremely content oriented and interactive. He is a mentor in the true sense that he has always motivated students to excel in their fields. The classes are more of a fruitful dialogue between him and his students on aspects apart from the core subjects that he teaches. His enthusiasm towards life and his passion in training have been an inspiration to many students. His technique of explaining examples related to any topic and providing a deep understanding of the application of logic and teaching mathematics in a smooth way helps students to comprehend topics smoothly. His training sessions are an exceptional blend of his numerical ability and highly energetic oratory skills and a training pedagogy that revolves around the holistic development a student. The sessions extend beyond Aptitude and forays into inculcating life values in students thus making them highly engrossing.
